In this one, it was driven from the transport trailer parked on *this side* of street to be parked (momentarily) in front of state liquor store.

Return after lap
The car did a few laps around the block, in regular traffic[!!] to return to the parking lot.
After about 4 laps of this, Brook Park police came to put the kibosh on the adventure.
