I learned about poking around online and decided to check it out just because I could. It's inconvenient, but not really hard to get to, so I figured why not. It's rumored to be a spot where new characters are very briefly dropped before being moved to their starting zone. Supposedly if you stand in the right spot for long enough, you'll briefly see level 1 characters appear and then disappear again. I didn't see any of that, though. Honestly, I didn't stay long.
