Old Sacramento State Historic Park has dozens of horse-drawn carriages plodding down the street every day of the year, which is why you can see three of them in a row right in this one little picture. It does not have those fanatically patriotic red, white, and blue streamers hanging from the buildings every day of the year, though - these were Fourth of July decorations.
