...I guess I just had to do this after "Playground Dynamic". We never find out just what happened before the Kururugi Shrine and most of its residents got flattened to the ground. I don't know if little Suzaku had any martial arts training, but it served my fanarting need *heheh*.

Little Lulu is wearing a girl version of the sailor suit that little Lelouch wore in the anime - just put a skirt in place of the shorts! Oh, and her bent leg? A nightmare to draw.

Card Captor Suzaku

Done at work without reliable references so I'm sorry if you can't differentiate between Suzaku and Naru *glares at honey*. The idea of Suzaku as Sakura and Syaoran's spirited away son tickled my fancy! Will work more details into the attire soon! I had fun doing this, hehe.

Hungry (Buriki) Prince

Because the second track on Sound File 01 was so much fun. So Suzaku knew a lot of little Lelouch's pathetic secrets - makes you wonder if little Suzaku being little Suzaku had acted on the knowledge.

I Remember...

Inspired by Mocca's song titled "I remember" - the bit that goes "I remember when we were dancing in the rain in that December...". It's a sweet song that dwells on childhood nostalgia. ...Gah, I need to listen to something other than Mocca these days. Heck, I need to start drawing *canon!Lulu* one of these days! x_x

Originally started as a tribute to Sapphira Angel's SuzaEuphie drabble and finished for Rose's 5 Themes challenge. My first serious (and labourious) CG attempt. I have to say I got quite lazy around the dress. It was a right nightmare to do, as was Suzaku's hair! All in all...

Rose Marmalade

I... er, the other night I wanted nothing more than to draw something that wasn't Ghost Hunt or Code Geass. More the former, actually, since it's been requested pretty often. NOT that I'm not grateful to those who request/ed because, guys, if it weren't for you I wouldn't have gotten off my lazy arse and honed my manga-style drawing. Which is why I offer you this bow: ORZ (XD).

Snack for tea

Inspired by the ultra-cute chibi figure of a teacup+pot wielding Lelouch and an even more chibi Suzaku next to it. See it in order to believe it.

Posted to the Suzalulu comm. That would make the second time I ever put my fanart up on a comm. Feels like I'm gradually gaining self-esteem, from the Suzaku comm to Suzalulu... I wonder if I'll eventually post on the main comm?

I've decided I like Euphemia's yellowish colouring. But Suzaku seems better in the other one. Hmm. Eventually one needs to be deleted.

Lamperouges Brown

Far from polished and wasn't intended to be finished anyway. This Lelouch started off as, would you believe it, Saya from BLOOD+. She has the same base as Lelouch with the wild-but-tame short black hair and lithe frame. It also helps that she's a bit on the flat side. But it doesn't explain why my hand refuses to draw anyone else. Heck, Tres Iqus eventually turned into Lelouch, too! (Why, God? ;_;).

I originally wanted Nunnally un-blind, but a Nunnally with eyes isn't Nunnally. So. And in case it doesn't look too clear, Lelouch's other eye is eyepatched, provided that the perma-Geass never fixes itself up. I KNOW it's in the other eye but I was already halfway through the sketching when it dawned upon me. And, truly, the sword is just decoration.

Suzako

Obviously inspired by Picture Drama #7, as well as my newfound love for LuluSuza courtesy of Kashi's very sexy hyperventilation-inducing seme!Lelouch <3 <3 <3. I think here, Suzako is saying "Don't worry about going to the ghettos; I'll beat up any bully that comes at you just like old days." How sad, Lelouch.

A fashion doll I had to quickly draw for Honey (she claimed to be doing a LFFL-inspired project). I think LFFL wanted the walking pose as I didn't plan it XD.

Colouring Attempt #2

Oh, God... XD Maybe I should stop trying? I tried mixing tones to create the strange midtones that some of the more artistic J-fanartists somehow manage but ended up sticking to "colours as seen". I think I copied CLAMP's Copic marker style on the facial colouring. But, of course, since this is only 40% the original size only I know the details x_x.

Debonair Pose

Was fangirling with RukawaGF over Hope and Demi's "Learning Curve" AKA Substantial SuzaLulu Smutfic the other night XDDD. We quoted our favourite lines and squeed at certain parts and were being generally geekier than normal. Afterwards, I rec'ed her Hope's earlier fic "War, or Maybe a Game" which she also loved. Somehow, of all things, *this* sentence stuck to my mind like superglue:

"Suzaku positioned himself against the railing and struck his best debonair pose - leaning back casually, his face angled to its most handsome degree, staring out as though he was lost in thought."

It's one part of Yami's request for Lloyd. Yes, the req was for Lloyd, but I was listening to Stevie Wonder's song on repeat the day I started. So this idea came up.

My first time drawing Lloyd or Rivalz. Lloyd was somewhat easier to draw thanks to his CLAMPesque features. Now, Rivalz... I had to make sure his eyes were the right distance apart, his hair the right degree of gravity defiance, his nose... I admit I was off with his special nosebridge design.
